![]() ![]() I even got an email from trip advisor today telling me of the great price deals for this hotel quoting the same price I though I was going to get when I booked. There is no email address visible anywhere on their site and the phone number to the LA hotel is not a free call number so I don't want to ring it and be on hold indefinitely.ī, Agoda and a couple of others still have the same price advertised. I then tried a link on their webpage "contact us" and sent a message "price dispute" and got an automated message they would get back to me within 48 hours, that should be today at the latest. I then found a contact on a link on their webpage "we will beat any price" and messaged them, their reply was they cant help unless I am booked direct with them. The number I rang for the hotel chain was an Australian Eastern States number (I'm in Western Australia) and was told they couldn't help because I am booked through. Trouble is if I ring again I will get a different person in their call centre and have to start the process again. ![]() Its been three days since they said they would get back to me. I checked on line and they are still advertising the same price and say they have had 42 bookings for this deal in the last 24 hours. I contacted the hotel again but they say not their problem and to deal with. They rang back later and said it may be some time until they sort it out and will phone again.
